* entc/gen: add enttest package for generated code.

It's still WIP and another 2 things need to be added:
- Add an option to skip schema migration and pass client options
- Update docs and replace existing testing code to use enttest

* entc/gen: finish enttest package tempalte

User-Spouse Bidirectional O2O Relation

An example for a reflexive O2O relation between a User to its spouse (also a User).
Each user can have only one spouse. If a user A sets its spouse (using spouse) to B, B can get its spouse using the spouse edge.
