fix: remove errant Cargo.lock files (#11526)

These leaked into the repo:

- #4905 `codex-rs/windows-sandbox-rs/Cargo.lock`
- #5391 `codex-rs/app-server-test-client/Cargo.lock`

Note that these affect cache keys such as:


9722567a80/.github/workflows/rust-release.yml (L154)

so it seems best to remove them.
